The
Oasis Centre is keen to support local businesses and offers a range
of meeting rooms and purpose built IT training suite for hire.
Conference
room
This is the main meeting area capable of accommodating up to 120 people
seated theatre style. The room can also be divided into three separate
areas using a sliding wall arrangement.
A centre technician is available to arrange the tables and chairs according
to your requirements. The hall is ideal for presentations and includes
a PA system which is capable of mixing music if required.
IT
training suite
The suite has 15 work stations, each
with internet broadband which are networked to two colour printers. The tutor has
access to a slave computer which is linked to a touch screen display
board at the front of the room.
Meeting
rooms
The Centre has two dedicated meeting rooms capable of accommodating
groups of up to 12 people boardroom style or 30 people theatre style.
Vic Lodge which is the larger room has a small bar ideal for tea and
coffee.
Interview
rooms.
Two small interview rooms are available, these are simply furnished
with a table and chairs suitable for one to one type meetings.
Equipment
Audio visual equipment including, flipchart, whiteboard , OHP,
mobile television, DVD, video player and power point projector are available
if required.
Catering
If refreshments are required there is a fully equipped modern kitchen.
A licensed bar is run by professional and friendly staff offering a
selection of popular beverages.
Child care facilities are available including a Busy Bees employers
scheme.
